02What deletion covers
Deletion removes or anonymizes account profile data, sign-in links, settings, learning progress, skill state, review state, story state, choices, generated-content history linked to the account, prompts, answers, audio or voice recordings linked to the account, transcripts, speech scores, and support records when no retention rule applies.
Tteokbokki also deletes or disconnects analytics identifiers and event history linked to the account where reasonably possible.
Deletion does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, email account, device-level advertising identifier, or other third-party sign-in provider account.
03What may remain
Tteokbokki may retain records when required or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, payment disputes, subscription entitlement records, tax, accounting, legal compliance, App Store transaction history, terms enforcement, backups, or protection of other users.
Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized analytics and product data may remain after account deletion when it no longer identifies you.
Copies in backups and logs are deleted or anonymized on the normal backup and log lifecycle unless retention is required for security, fraud, legal, or dispute reasons.
04Timing and verification
Tteokbokki may ask for verification before deleting an account, especially when a request involves email accounts, third-party sign-in, subscriptions, support history, or sensitive account changes.
Deletion is usually completed within a reasonable period after verification and within any deadline required by applicable law.
Deletion is irreversible. Deleted progress, story state, generated history, audio history, subscriptions entitlements stored only in the account, and support history may not be recoverable.
05Third-party processors
Tteokbokki may ask processors and service providers to delete, anonymize, or disconnect account data they process for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, diagnostics, support, AI, speech, advertising, attribution, subscriptions, and security.
Some third-party records remain under the third party's own policy, including Apple subscription, App Store transaction, sign-in provider, device, advertising, and payment records.
06Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription by itself.
Use Apple subscription management in iOS Settings or the App Store to cancel a subscription.
