These terms govern use of Tteokbokki, including the app, website, support channels, subscriptions, learning content, audio features, and generated content.

Tteokbokki is a language-learning product that combines lessons, progress, story content, audio, comics, and generated or reviewed learning material.
By using Tteokbokki, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Tteokbokki is not intended for children under 15. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have parent or guardian permission to use the service.
Some features require an anonymous account, email account, Apple account, Google account, or other third-party sign-in provider.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, third-party sign-in provider, and authentication methods secure.
We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or create security or legal risk.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape private data, reverse engineer restricted systems, overload infrastructure, circumvent subscriptions, impersonate others, or use automated access without permission.
You agree not to submit, generate, request, upload, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or intended to help harm people or systems.
You agree not to submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information, private keys, authentication tokens, or other unnecessary sensitive information into lessons, prompts, generated-content features, screenshots, support messages, or voice recordings.
If paid subscriptions are available, subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Any paywall must show product name, price, duration, renewal terms, trial terms when available, links to these terms and the privacy policy, and a restore purchases action.
Tteokbokki helps language learning but does not guarantee fluency, certification, immigration outcomes, academic credit, or professional qualification.
The app may include original lessons, story material, translations, examples, audio, images, comics, and generated or algorithmic content.
Tteokbokki and its licensors own or control the app, website, original lessons, story material, audio, images, comics, interfaces, software, and other protected content, except for rights you retain in content you submit.
You may use Tteokbokki content only inside the service for personal language learning unless the app explicitly allows another use. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, train competing systems with, or misuse app content.
You grant Tteokbokki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, analyze, and create derivative works from content you submit, including answers, prompts, feedback, screenshots, and voice inputs, as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.
Tteokbokki may use AI systems to generate, adapt, review, moderate, score, translate, or explain lessons, story content, examples, answers, corrections, and speech feedback.
Generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for checking important output before relying on it.
Tteokbokki may remove, revise, regenerate, disable, or review generated content and related prompts, answers, feedback, audio, transcripts, and safety signals to operate the service, improve quality, investigate abuse, and enforce these terms.
Tteokbokki does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, academic-certification, or professional advice.
When you use microphone, pronunciation, listening, or speaking features, you authorize Tteokbokki and its providers to capture, transmit, process, transcribe, score, store, and review audio, voice, transcripts, and speech metadata as described in the privacy policy.
You can disable microphone permission in device settings, but audio and speech-practice features may not work without it.
Do not record another person without permission.
Tteokbokki may use analytics events, diagnostics, logs, IP data, cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers, attribution partners, and marketing tools as described in the privacy policy.
These tools may be used to operate the service, measure usage, improve reliability, protect security, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, show ads when used, and understand subscriptions or conversions.
When the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard terms and App Store rules may also apply.
You may stop using Tteokbokki at any time and may request account deletion through the delete account process.
Tteokbokki may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, content, accounts, subscriptions, or access when needed for product, security, legal, payment, or operational reasons.
Tteokbokki may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
